This wooden statue probably having the influence of Malla art, is a replica based on an image of a standing Shakyamuni Buddha behind the Swayambhunath Stupa.

The name, Shakyamuni Buddha, is called by the people of Mahayana Buddhism to Buddha. In Sanskrit, it means "Sage of the Shakyas". He was born as the prince of Shakya or Sakya in 700 BCE, and got the name, "Gautam Buddha" or "Shakyamuni Buddha" only after his enlightenment.

It's an incredible piece of Newari artwork.
